Pineapple-Overnight Oats with Vanilla Yogurt and Blueberries

Overnight Oats don’t necessarily have to be your breakfast. This recipe is perfect for a post-workout snack: High in protein, complex carbohydrates, and unsaturated fatty acids. And even if we enrage the body builders among us now: Yes, carbohydrates are good for us. Only people who want to reduce their body fat under 0,001 percent should go without carbohydrates after their workout. To every other sports fan: Enjoy these delicious post-workout-oats. Small advice for even more protein: Use low fat curd cheese instead of yogurt.

For one portion you need

  • 4 tbsp rolled oats (40 g)
  • 80 ml pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp flax seed
  • 80 g low fat yogurt
  • 10 g protein powder with vanilla flavor
  • 60 g blueberries

  1. Mix protein powder and yogurt to get the vanilla yogurt.
  2. Add rolled oats, pineapple juice and flax seed to a jar and mix the ingredients. Then pour the yogurt over the oats and spread the blueberries.
  3. Seal the jar and put in fridge overnight.
