Overnight Oats with Lemon Curd Cheese

Some summer feeling for your healthy and slim breakfast. An awesome no cook refrigerator oatmeal with lemon, quark and some poppy seeds… A lot of vitamin c and protein.

For one portion you need

  • 4 tbsp rolled oats (40 g)
  • 4 tbsp milk (40 ml)
  • 2 tbsp low fat curd cheese (100 g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 lemon, juice (50 ml) and peel (rubbed off
  • 1 tbs poppy seeds

Overnight Oats mit Zitronenquark


  1. Wash the organic lemon with hot water and dry it off. Rub the peel off and press out the juice.
  2. Stir the ingredients in a bowl and place them in the fridge overnight.
