Some summer feeling for your healthy and slim breakfast. An awesome no cook refrigerator oatmeal with lemon, quark and some poppy seeds… A lot of vitamin c and protein.
For one portion you need
- 4 tbsp rolled oats (40 g)
- 4 tbsp milk (40 ml)
- 2 tbsp low fat curd cheese (100 g)
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 lemon, juice (50 ml) and peel (rubbed off
- 1 tbs poppy seeds
Wash the organic lemon with hot water and dry it off. Rub the peel off and press out the juice.
Stir the ingredients in a bowl and place them in the fridge overnight.
