Orange-Oats with Yogurt

Overnight Oats have a lot of benefits: they are quickly prepared. And our Orange-Oats with healthy rolled oats don’t form an exception. Your reward is a fruity-skinny breakfast that brings sunshine to your kitchen- even in January. The oranges are high in healthy, natural vitamin C, as well as iron, calcium and selenium, which are important for your immune system. By the way, oranges are harvested in late autumn and winter in Southern Europe, which means that they are fresh and also cheaper at the moment.

In addition, oranges are low in calories. That’s why they fall into our new category: low in calories (under 300 calories). Enjoy!
